WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND
Ever since the legalization of medical cannabis in Florida in 2014, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible benefits it provides to patients suffering from a range of conditions, from chronic pain to severe anxiety. For many of these patients, cannabis isn’t just a recreational substance—it’s an essential part of their treatment plan, often offering relief when other, more traditional options have failed.
However, despite the availability of medical cannabis, many people who could benefit from it find the process of obtaining a medical cannabis card overwhelming and bewildering. This bureaucratic barrier causes countless patients to give up on their journey to find relief before they’ve even started, and even though they desperately need it.

Eligibility
To qualify for medical marijuana through our office, you must:
- Be 18 years old or above*.
- Be a Florida resident
- Have one or more of the listed qualifying conditions.
*Our office cannot certify pediatric patients below 18 years of age at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
