Full refund: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking and more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.
$25 cancellation fee: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours after booking and more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged unless the appointment is rescheduled.
$50 Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend (“no show”), a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. This will apply even if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
